Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. The booking will be considered confirmed only upon the receipt of full payment.
2. Exclusions and Additional Charges: The total cost specified excludes permit charges of INR 500/- for Indians and INR 2500/- for Foreign Nationals. Additionally, a GST (Goods and Services Tax ) of 5% will be applicable.
3. Game fishing charter timings are strictly between 5:00 AM and 5:30 PM only.
4. Inclusions: The cost of the boat charter includes soft beverages, snacks, packed breakfast, and packed lunch as per the itinerary. Guests must inform us of their breakfast and refreshment preferences, as well as dietary requirements such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or Jain meals, and any specific food allergens at least 2 days before the scheduled departure. Failure to provide this information will result in meals being served based on availability.
5. Child & Infant Policy: Infants aged 0-3 years are not permitted on this trip. Children aged 3-10 years may board at their parents’ discretion and risk.
6. Prohibited Items: Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on board.
We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy for our boat charter service:
7. Cancellation Period: Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 & 7 days before the scheduled departure date will be refunded 50% of the total charter cost. Cancellations made less than 6 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
8. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their date without incurring any additional fees, provided the request is made at least ___ days before the original booking date.
9. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter for the safety of all passengers. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
10. No-Show Policy: If clients do not show up for the charter without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
11. Client-Requested Early Return: If clients decide to return earlier than the scheduled charter duration, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the charter.
12. Other terms: In case of government-mandated travel restrictions or health concerns related to COVID-19, clients may request a reschedule or receive a full refund, even if the cancellation is within the 7-day period.
13. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation date and will be made to the original payment method.
14. By booking our service you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
